to take military action against another country without the approval of congress. This Sunday marks 90 days that Obama has been at war with Libya with no congressional support. By all rights, he should be tried and impeached for ignoring the US Constitution. That’s exactly what a group of bipartisan congressmen are seeking with a lawsuit filed against the Obama administration yesterday. The War Powers Resolution was put in place to help prevent this exact kind of situation. It was designed to curb an out of control presidential administration! Think about it…we elect a man with little to no military experience and give him control of the mast advanced fighting force in the world! There has to be some restrictions to this power. Most presidents seek the approval of congress as well as the chiefs of staff, but it seems that Obama is a loose cannon and wants to bully the rest of the world into his form of socialism/democracy. Well, the United States is not the world police and we don’t need to get involved in every 3rd world pissing match! Especially when our own homeland is in the middle of an economic disaster. The last thing tax payers need to spend money on is bombs for Libya, Yemen or any other shit hole country in the Middle East! I think many of these scrimmages are designed to protect our oil field interests in other lands even though we have enough oil in our own country to last many lifetimes, although that makes more sense than the thinly veiled excuse of spreading democracy around the world.

I’m not against flexing our super power muscles but I do feel that our resources and money would be better spent on securing our national borders and rebuilding our economy. Obama is an arrogant leader and has no respect for the rules and laws of this land. He blatantly sends our troops into harms way with no agenda and no plan to prevail. This is the real reason he needs stopped. The shoulder shrugging attitude offered to congress just cements his persona as an out of control president. He now believes that he is above the law. In his mind, he is the greatest leader in the free world and he wants to prove it to all his global peers. What’s next? Will he declare martial law in order to stop elections in 2012? Attacks on protests and rallies. Civilian prison camps for everyone who disagrees with his policies. Anything is possible and it can happen if offenses like this go unchecked. That is why the Founding Fathers instituted the system of checks and balances in the first place. They had the insight that absolute power corrupts even back then.
This is quite a scary chapter in our country’s history and I feel that many strange days are ahead. Could we be closer to a second revolution than anyone dares to think? The Obama Administration is the only faction that knows the answer to that. Watch this story closely because how the White House handles this law suit will determine the next chapter in American history. It can only go one of two ways…Kingdom of Obama: land of the oppressed subservients or The United States of America: land of the free and home of the brave! I don’t know about you, but I’m routing for the latter LIKE A MOFO!
Mexican Drug Gangs and US Weapons
Report: Many weapons used by Mexican drug gangs originate in U.S. This is one headline that I am getting sick of seeing! The Mexican Government is blaming our relaxed gun laws for allowing military grade weapons to cross the border and fall into the hands of Mexican Drug Cartels. Even though we know this is bullshit, the left wing radicals in Congress are eating this up! To them, it is just another chance to attack our gun rights, and believe me, they are giving it both barrels! (Pun intended)
Captured Cartel guns of US Government Origin
First of all, let us recall Project Gunwalker. Entities of the US Government, including the ATF, were providing military type weapons to straw buyers who would then walk them over the border and sell them to Mexican Drug Gangs. The cover-up has been in overdrive ever since but that hasn’t stopped the antigun nuts from pushing their agenda on the rest of the unsuspecting American public. Once again, it is easy for the Mexicans and gun grabbers to claim full auto weapons are readily available in the US but they are not! The only full autos going to Mexico were coming from the US Government. How about instead of restricting my rights to own guns, we get rid of the cancerous infection that has lain siege to Washington DC!
Mexico has no one to blame except themselves and the US Government for their current situation. Themselves for allowing these cartels to get so powerful in the first place and for not doing anything to suppress them and the US Government for supplying the means to the cartels. I’m sure it’s also because the illegal drug business is a big financial supporter of the Mexican Government and it’s starting to look like it’s a supporter of the US government also! So many cynics in the Washington cry about drug trafficking but they fail to realize that their colleagues and even their own government departments may be involved with these lowlifes and thus allowing drugs and drug money to come into this country. It’s a freaking disgrace and every person in America should be pissed!
It is unacceptable for our rights to even be challenged over these bogus allegations. Especially since we know that our own government is guilty of the crime! How can we allow such double standards? “Hey, lets send guns to Mexico, get money and drugs and blame gun rights while we’re at it!” What a great idea…A-Holes! What ever happened to a little thing called treason? Back in the day, those convicted of treason were hanged in a public execution. Today, we allow them to hold public offices!
I guarantee you that this isn’t over yet. There will be new gun laws proposed including another assault weapon ban and more of our rights will be threatened. Remember folks, you may not care about guns or gun laws, but the 2nd Amendment is what protects all the other Amendments LIKE A MOFO!

Representative Tony Weiner gets all horned up and tweets naked photos of himself to some Twitter hotties and gets caught. Instead of being a man and admitting that he participated in the extra curricular activity, he decides to play dumb, deny it and downright lie about it. This isn’t the first time elected officials have lied about their colorful antics and I’m sure it won’t be the last! Another memorable instance was former commander and chief, Bill Clinton and his infamous statement that “he did not have sex with that woman!” Again, no one really cares if he was banging a White House intern but when he gets caught and decides to lie about it…that’s where the problem really starts.
Here’s the thing…if a person lies about something, chances are that they are guilty of lying on a regular basis which is not a good characteristic to have when you are serving as an elected public official. I know I don’t want some lying, two faced sleaze bag representing me. I don’t really care if they are playing hide the Salomi with the secretary after hours, but lying to cover it up? No way! That’s where it should stop. If any elected official is caught lying, stealing, embezzling, using drugs or any other number of dishonest deeds, he or she should be immediately dismissed from their position. No excuses…no exceptions! Zero Tolerance! Rep. Weiner should be forced to resign or impeached immediately for his actions. He has made it clear that he has no intentions on resigning, but there shouldn’t be a choice at all! Maybe we need to hire Jeff Probst to extinguish his torch! “Weiner, the tribe has spoken! Time for you to go!” Oh, and take your buddy Barrack with you!

Corruption has been the norm in office for so long that most of the politicians today would probably be gone if zero tolerance were instituted…right up to and including the President! Just look at the zero tolerance policies deployed in most school districts across the country. If a student is caught with drugs or weapons, they are expelled. No excuses and no exceptions. Sometimes I disagree with certain zero tolerance rulings but if it’s good for the goose, it must be good for the gander! Government leaders need to be held accountable for their actions just as our children are! It’s not rocket science, people…it’s just common sense! Maybe a policy like this would help clean up the corruption in government and help get rid of the seemingly endless supply of human douche bags currently in office.
Weiner, Clinton, Edwards, Ted Kennedy…the list just goes on and on like a bad dream. It’s time we set some standards for the people that we elect to represent and lead us. It’s also time to clean up and take out the trash! Just look at this Congressional rap sheet from a few years ago…

7 have been arrested for fraud,
19 have been accused of writing bad checks,
117 have bankrupted at least two businesses,

21 are current defendants in lawsuits,

FDA Admitts that Chicken Meat Contains Cancer Causing Arsenic
The Food and Drug Administration has acknowledged that some chicken meat sold in the US may contain small levels of arsenic, a known cancer causing

toxin. Even worse, the arsenic has been added to chicken feed on purpose! Apparently, arsenic is used in chicken feed to kill harmful parasites in the feed. The FDA has been sweeping this issue under the carpet for years by claiming that the arsenic levels are insignificant to harm humans and that most of the arsenic is expelled from the chicken as excrement. In this latest report, the FDA still claims that the levels are not high enough to harm humans but arsenic manufacturer, Pfizer, has announced that it will stop selling the toxin to feed producers. The shame in this news is that even though the arsenic levels are low, they can be totally avoidable. Think about it…there may be a little arsenic in the chicken, some pesticides on your vegetables and maybe a little saccharin in your diet cola. Each item in your dinner may contain small amounts of these toxins, each well below dangerous levels…but when combined in an entire meal, the levels could become elevated to above acceptable limits! There should not be ‘acceptable’ limits! If something is dangerous or life threatening to humans, it just shouldn’t be used in our foods! We have the technology and knowledge to create safe ingredients for our foods. There is no excuse for secretly adding dangerous toxins to the menu! It’s one thing to avoid foods that make you fat or unhealthy like McDonald’s or Little Debbie Snack Cakes, but it’s really bad when stuff is added to our foods that can make us sick and we don’t even know about!
I don’t know about you guys, but I have been noticing more and more health problems in this country. Cancer is running rampant as well as Diabetes and other deadly diseases. It’s really no wonder when you read about shit like this! It seems that a lot of our problems are man made. Plus, the pharmaceutical industry is big enough that they don’t want these ailments to vanish. If there wasn’t sickness to treat, medicines wouldn’t be needed. Drug companies can’t have that! So I think that some of these diseases are manufactured to keep them in business. We found cures for the black plague and small pocks but we can cure cancer or HIV? I don’t think so…again, drug companies make too much money from fighting cancer, they will never allow a cure to be found despite the millions and millions of dollars raised each year to do so. You can ask why the FDA and other government agencies don’t do anything about this? Well, for every dollar the giant drug companies make, the government takes in a percentage in taxes! It’s just one viscous circle of life and folks…life has a 100% mortality rate!
Oh, and don’t think your safe by not eating chicken…for years, chicken litter has been mixed in with cow feed as a nutrient so all that arsenic that was pooped out by the chickens got ingested by the cows and probably wound up in your hamburgers and steaks! Nothing is safe anymore and it seems that everything we eat or drink has some kind of risk. There are reports almost every day on what the latest killer ingredient is and that list is growing exponentially! Not to mention the list of foods and drinks that are just plain bad for us! Maybe it’s just better eat, drink and be merry LIKE A MOFO!
Muslims Urged to Buy Full Auto Weapons
Adam Gadahn - Ex-American al-Qadea Spokesman
American al-Qaeda spokesman Adam Gadahn, or shall we say ex-American, released a statement recently that urges American Muslims to go to gun shows and purchase fully automatic weapons in preparation for shooting attacks. Mr. Gadahn is the son of a couple California hippie’s that fell into the whole uneducated anti American crowd and like the rest of his kind, it really shows. As most gun show attendee’s know, full auto guns are not readily available to the average American. Gadahn claims that these full auto weapons are obtainable without ID or any type of background check. Folks, I have been to many gun shows and I have never seen a full auto rifle available without a background check. As a matter of fact, you have to fill out a barrage of paperwork, signed by a local or county sheriff and filed with the ATF. The waiting period is somewhere in the neighborhood of 3-6 months just to be approved. On top of all that, there is a $200 federal tax stamp required per gun and you usually have to pay the seller, who must be a federally licensed class III NFA firearms dealer, in advance. There are not many full auto’s available under $10,000 each! Plus, part of the heavy restrictions of full auto ownership outlined in the GCA of 1986 (Gun Control Act) reads like this: Civilians are not allowed to possess fully automatic weapons unless they were manufactured prior to 1986. The weapons manufactured before 1986 are “Grandfathered” meaning they can still be LEGALLY transferred thru a licensed/bonded Class III NFA Weapons Dealer.NO fully automatic weapons made after 1986 are legal for civilians to own or possess.
So, as you can see, Mr. Gadahn is pretty much full of shit! Full auto guns are not easy to obtain and are not readily available to help unleash jihad on unsuspecting infidels! As a matter of fact, in order to legally purchase one, you must jump through a series of daunting hoops and be somewhat wealthy. Personally, I think this new statement from al-Qaeda is designed to work with the American public’s existing fear of full auto guns. In reality, full auto gun fire is surprisingly less accurate in battle. It is mainly used as suppressive fire to cover troop movements. The high rate of fire and recoil causes the barrel to rise during full auto firing thus making the gun very inaccurate. Better results are obtained from semi auto fire which is one bullet per pull of the trigger. I’ve often said that I would rather face a Muslim with a full auto AK than a marksman with a single shot .22! The marksman will win every time!
Ok, we know that it will be next to impossible for al-Qaeda to obtain full auto rifles. As I mentioned, this latest statement is designed to play on the antigunner’s fear of full auto weapons. It is designed to create an even bigger difference in the American peoples views of gun ownership. al-Qaeda is hoping that all the people on the fence with gun ownership will side with the antigunners and demand more gun restrictions and more gun grabs from legal gun owners. I can hear those light bulbs going off in your heads! YES! al-Qadea is trying to disarm us from within! Makes sense…disarm the people and it will be easier to carry out attacks on domestic targets, plus the main goal of terrorism is to create conflict and disruption in our way of life! As easy as it is to laugh off Gadahn’s comments and threats, this is possibly one of the most dangerous attacks on us yet. Not only will the ensuing debates split the country even more, it could take away more guns that could be used to thwart insurgent attacks on our own soil. It almost seems that al-Qaeda is aligned with Bloomberg, Daily, Biden and all the other gun grabbing. left wing nut cases. As you can imagine, when your enemies have the same agenda as your leaders, nothing good can come of it!

The next step from left wing America will be to ban military style guns such as the semi auto AR15′s and AK-47′s. They will claim that Muslims can legally purchase these rifles or convert regular semi auto sporting rifles to full auto which again is not an easy task and has very little benefit to be gained. In all reality, the semi auto versions are more dangerous in the hands of a terrorist whack job to begin with. But that still does not justify an all out ban on this type of rifle. What can work is the background check system that is already in place along with some common sense! If you’re a gun shop owner or gun show vendor and some nervous, sweaty dude named Abdul wants to buy an AK from you…tell him to take a hike! Just like the company in Florida that though it was a good idea to train the 9/11 hijackers to fly commercial jets! What were the thinking? Sure, it is racial profiling, but it isn’t the Irish, Chinese or Californian’s that we are worried about! It’s the Muslim Arabs that we have beef with. When Japan attacked Pearl Harbor, we started to round up all the Japanese-Americans and put them in detainee camps until the threat could be assessed. By god, the same thing should be done with the Muslims! I know it sounds harsh and racial but come on guys…we are at war with these freaking people! We don’t need to be all touch feely with them! Let’s take our country back! Support the right to bear arms and tell the Radical Muslims to get the fuck out LIKE A MOFO!
Embedding YouTube Videos May Soon Be a Felony
Yes, you read the title correctly! According to Senate Bill 978, prosecutors will be able to go after websites, blogs and forums for posting embedded Youtube videos that have been deemed copyright infringement by the powers that be. This means that someone like me can post an embedded Youtube video using the embedded sharing code that Youtube provides. Then somewhere along the line, somebody decided that said video is a violation of some copyright law and then the computer police come after me for posting the offensive video! Folks, this is a direct attack on our freedoms disguised as another feel good law to control the people. I guarantee that this law has other implications that can land your ass in jail for similar offenses!
Right now, if a copyright law is found to be infringed…Youtube removes the video and the end user sees the dreaded black box that says the video has been

removed. Fine. No harm done, and everyone is happy! Except for Uncle Sam! He didn’t get to make any money on the deal so now we need a new law! I’m sure this is all part of Obama’s attack on the 1st Amendment! If he could shut down all the conservative talk radio stations, TV shows and bloggers out there in cyberspace, he would be as happy as a pig in mud. If enacted, this bill would virtuously eliminate the alternate media and make everyone think twice about posting a link of video online. A simple post could land you 5 years in prison and unknown amount of fines! After all, why would the government care about people’s copyrights being infringed? World War III
My generation grew up fearing war with Russia or any of the other many communist factions that had Russia pulling the puppet strings. Movies like Red Dawn and Rambo helped bring the possibility of World War III to our front doorsteps. But after the Soviets restructured their country and took a somewhat less aggressive role in the World Superpower game, we started to feel safe and secure. After all, what other country besides the USSR could take on the United States of America? Well, what about China? Yes, China! I’ve often told my friends and family that China was the country that we have to watch out for. Not only are we dependent on them financially, but with over 1.3 billion people and well equipped nuclear military, they could over run the USA’s measly 300 million population in no time or they could push the button and microwave us to a crisp. If they decided to attack, we could never defend ourselves without resorting to nuclear war and mutually assured destruction.

China-Pakistan Relationship
but, and there is always a but, China is real good friends with Pakistan. and as you know…the United States is not such good friends with Pakistan at the momment! As a matter of fact, Obama seems like he is doing everything he can to piss Pakistan off even more. They are already mad about the secret mission we pulled off in their territory that resulted in the elimination of bin Laden. This is fine with me and most of America, but the Pakistani’s don’t appreciate the gloating and blatant arrogance of our leaders over the incident. “Oh well…screw them! We’re the United Fucking States of America, right! What are they gonna do about it?” Again, I agree! Even though Pakistan is a blossoming nuclear power, they are not much of a threat to the mainland USA. However, their good pals over in the People’s Republic of China may have a different perspective of this whole situation.
As Obama and his band of merry men plan an inevitable attack on Pakistan, China has already warned than any attack will be perceived as an act of aggression against Beijing. In plain terms, this is bad. Real Bad. World War III bad! According to other comments in the article linked above, Obama has already approved sneak attacks on Pakistan’s Nuclear capabilities. If China is planning on baking up what they say and Obama is really as stupid as we all think…then we may be in for a bump ride folks! Does “Duck and Cover” ring a bell? We are putting the fate of the country and the world in the hands of Obama. I didn’t vote for him, but I’m sure no one voted for him to make the United States a cop to the world. The US needs to start staying out of other country’s business and start worrying about our own business! Apologize to Pakistan for the bin Laden operation, thank them for understanding our position and get the fuck out of the area! Hell, lets get the fuck out of the middle east all together while we at it! We have no obligation to spread democracy and freedom to these 3rd world shit heads that don’t want it anyway! I totally support our troops and all their efforts but I am tired of them being put in harms way just to play police to the rest of the ungrateful world.

We are probably as close to World War III as we have ever been, the outcome is in the hands of an incompetent, bull headed president and the mainstream media has buried the entire story and decided that Oprah’s retirement is a more important news story! I don’t mind picking a fight LIKE A MOFO, but not one that could lead to global thermonuclear war!
Drug Screening for Welfare Recipients

For years now, it is common practice for prospective employee’s to pass a drug screening test as well as random monthly tests for for people holding a commercial driver’s license or CDL. Many other work places have mandatory random drug screening as well. So why is it fair that welfare recipients can get a paycheck from Uncle Sam without any form of drug screening? As a tax payer, I don’t mind helping single parents or families that truly need it but when some crack addicted baby mama keeps popping out kids from 5 different fathers just to keep the checks coming, I call bullshit! It isn’t the kid’s fault that their mama is a crack ho, so there is a provision for them to get the help even if their parent fails the test.

Require regular piss tests for paroled and released convicts for their lifetime! If we can’t keep drugs out of this country, lets make people accountable for using them! And you wonder why us gun owners get worked up over gun control legislation? An article posted by the NRA and Fox News, earlier today, confirms what we have all been fearing. Obama: We’re Working on Gun Control ‘Under the Radar’ Here is the snippet:

Well, take a look at England. That is how it all started. First it was a ban on automatic guns then certain semi-autos. Then pistols and larger caliber guns. Today, you have to keep your .22 cal pistol and rifle at a government club and you’re not allowed to own anything else! The same thing will happen here. Once we give in for one ban, more will follow. It’s just like the old adage: If you want to boil a frog, put him in a cold pot and turn on the heat. He’ll jump out of a boiling pot when you try to throw him in! The government is the same wall…take away our freedoms one step at a time! Maybe we’ll never notice!
AR15 Sporting Rifle
Back to the legislation. The article mentioned hi capacity magazines as a focus point. Many people agree with this ban because hi cap mags are scary! They also don’t like sporting rifles such as the civilian semi-auto versions of the M16 and AK47 because they are scary! Truth is that there have actually been very few crimes ever committed by owners of sporting rifles and hi cap mags. Sure there have been some instances and there always will be. These guns and mags are generally higher priced and don’t fall into the hands of your average street thug gang banger. If you want to stop crime…enforce the laws that we do have and quit giving second and third chances to the bottom feeders that commit the crimes!
An unarmed society is a bad thing. If all the people are unarmed then they are peasants forced to do whatever the government says. With arms the people stay free. The 2nd Amendment makes all the other amendments possible. So next time you think, “Eh, that high cap mag ban doesn’t affect me!” Yes it does! If we ever have to take up arms against an out of control government or foreign invader…do you want to have a fighting chance or do you want to go to battle with a bunch of BB guns and .22′s? The only reason the Japanese didn’t invade the mainland is because of what Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto knew…“You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass.”
This attitude displayed by our commander and chief is some seriously scary shit and it is blatantly disrespectful to the American People! If you guys are OK with any of this, you need to check your priorities LIKE A MOFO!
